Fee for Service

• Discovery call: Free- 15 minute phone call
  • This is an opportunity to get to know one another, determine if we are a good fit for you, and to answer any questions you may have about the services we provide. This visit must be scheduled in advance and no medical advice will be provided.
• First visit Adult: $345.00- 1.5 hrs for in person or virtual visit
• First visit Pediatric (1-17 yo): $215.00- 45-60 minutes for in person or virtual visit
• Established Acupuncture patients: $260.00- 60 minutes for in person or virtual visit (established with clinic but new to naturopathic medicine)
• Follow up visits:
  • Long: $172.00- 45 minutes for in person or virtual visit
    • Long + Initial acupuncture: $300.00- First acupuncture visit added on to long follow up naturopathic visit, 75 minutes total.
  • Short: $115.00- 30 minutes for in person or virtual visit
    • Short + Follow up acupuncture: $180.00- Follow up acupuncture visit added on to short follow up naturopathic visit, 60 minutes total.
• Acupuncture:
  • First visit (new to clinic): $160.00 – 1 hr
  • Established Naturopathic patients: $115.00- 45 minutes
  • Follow up visit: $95.00- 40 minutes
  • Package of 10 treatments: $855.00- Non- members can purchase 10 acupuncture treatments for the price of 9 when paid upfront.
• Community Acupuncture:
  • Community acupuncture is available on Tuesday’s from 4pm to 7pm. If you have had a previous acupuncture treatment with us you can sign up for a community style visit by calling us at 928-582-6447. You must be an established acupuncture patient to schedule community style visit.
  • Follow up visit $55.00- 30 minutes.
• Constitutional Hydrotherapy:
  • $95.00- 1 hr
  • Package of 10 treatments: $855.00- Non- members can purchase 10 hydrotherapy treatments for the price of 9 when paid upfront.
• Phone consultation: For established patients this can be helpful if you have a question that doesn’t require a full visit or if you are out of town. We will consider any phone conversation over 5 minutes to be a consultation. Prices vary based on the length of the phone call.
  • 5 to 15 minutes – $55.00
  • 15 to 25 minutes – $70.00
  • 25 to 30 minutes – $85.00

Memberships

Comprehensive Membership: The prices listed below require a 12 month commitment and can be billed monthly or paid in full at the start of membership. The membership includes up to 7 naturopathic visits, 2 constitutional hydrotherapy sessions, and 2 acupuncture visits per year. In addition, 4 fifteen minute or less phone consults, discounts on classes offered, and a 10% discount on any additional visits beyond the allotted visits per year of membership. The contract will be valid for 12 consecutive months.

Monthly rate:

• $135.00/mo – Single member
• $200.00/mo – Couple (2 adults living in the same household)
• $315.00/mo – Family plan (2 adults and up to 2 children living in the same household).
  • Each additional child under 18 years of age is an additional $50.00/month. 
  • Each additional member 18 years or older is $70.00/month.

Acupuncture Only Membership: The prices listed below require a 12 month commitment and can be billed monthly or paid in full at the start of membership. The membership includes up to 11 private acupuncture visits and 4 community acupuncture visits per year. In addition, discounts on classes offered and a 10% discount on any additional visits beyond the allotted visits per year of membership (including naturopathic visits). The contract will be valid for 12 consecutive months.
