About Dr. Stringer

Dr. Stringer is a licensed naturopathic physician and acupuncturist in the state of Arizona. She received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Masters in Acupuncture from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington. She also holds an Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from the University of Arizona.

In addition, Dr. Stringer has completed advanced training in hydrotherapy, spinal manipulation, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and environmental medicine.

When it comes to health, Dr. Stringer believes that the human body has the power to heal itself if given the right conditions. Much like a vegetable garden, if the soil has the appropriate nutrients, the right amount of water and plenty of sunshine, then beautiful nutritious vegetables will grow. However, if any of these components are missing then the garden won’t be productive. Our bodies are the same, requiring the right conditions to grow and thrive in our environments. This is why Dr. Stringer focuses on helping her patients to create a healing environment by establishing the Foundations of Health. This is done through the use of food as medicine, lifestyle changes, physical activity, adequate rest, herbal medicine, counseling, homeopathy, spinal manipulation, acupuncture, hydrotherapy and much more.

In her spare time Dr. Stringer enjoys watching movies with her husband &, cooking, making art, hiking with her dog Bosworth, and camping with her family and friends.
